His knowledge and expertise on garage door operations and workmanship left me feeling assured of my decision to select Rampart to install my new Lift Master. He was timely upon arrival and completed the job within an hour with removal of all old garage door parts. There are so many garage door opener installers that I wouldn’t even know where to begin. That’s where my next door neighbors referral was needed. My neighbor had complete trust in his garage door repair. Yes. Go with Rampart Garage Doors, I'm telling you now you won't regret it. Broken garage door can be stressful due to security concerns being a renter ina HOA is nothing short of cringeworthy. This morning May 04, 2023 I overslept and missed my 11-1pm appt window. Tom, arrived at 1045 he called, left a voicemail and even text message between myself and my roommate Tom kept us informed and was thorough with his communication. Tom went above and beyond to make sure my garage door would be fixed by end of day so that I could have peace of mind and not have to stress about my garage door as tomorrow is my first day at a new job. Tom returned 2 hours+ after my missed appointment, out his mask on prior to exiting his truck, with a friendly demeanor he told me what he was going to do during his visit and how long he would take to complete. Tom fulfilled every promise 💯 and he even wished me good luck tomorrow. Tom, you made me feel as though I mattered thank you for going above and beyond you're outstanding.

I called Rampart Garage Doors after calling a couple of other local garage door repair companies. I explained the hardware failure to Tom on the telephone and he was able to immediately tell me the cost for the repair. Better yet, he was able to come out the same afternoon to fix my garage door. I called a few other outfits, and even had one "technician" come out for a estimate. Was told the part I needed was no longer available and a new motor was necessary. $800.00. Called Ramparts, Tom answered, I explained my problem, he asked me to send some photos, he got back to me immediately, said the part I needed was readily available, they have them on their trucks. Tom came out, replaced the part, serviced the garage door (works great now), and charged me what he quoted on the phone. We recently called several garage door companies not only to repair our broken door temporarily but to also to order a new one.Most did not return our calls! But, Tom from Ramparts actually answered the phone! He was super polite, knowledgeable, caring and made an appointment to come over in a short period of time. When he arrived he was able to spend the time to replace the broken spring and he helped us to choose a new door! His prices were good so we moved forward! Within a few days, our door arrived and Toms installer came and installed our beautiful new garage door!!! He did a great job and answered all of our questions:))We had some questions about warranties for Tom and he was available each time we called him. He was super polite as always and gave us all the information needed to link our car to the garage door opener, etc. We picked the best garage door company out there!!! This was our first time using Rampart and the service was great. Tom came to our house within about an hour of my call. The door was stuck and crooked. Tom noticed that the wrong size springs had been installed previously which caused the problem. One side of the door track was bowed and had to be replaced. Tracks are sold in pairs, but he was able to purchase a single track to save money. We also needed new springs. The pricing was fair and Tom even cleaned smudges from the white garage door before leaving. Top notch service!

Tom was amazing. He came right on time the day following my late call in the afternoon. I had an oversized, old, wooden, two car garage door that I had accidentally backed into with my Suburban. I know, not the smartest thing to do! But the hardware had literally been ripped apart on one side. Tom had to drill out the broken part, drill a new hole, put a lag bolt in, and lower the door without tearing everything apart. He put new hardware on the door and cleaned everything up before he left. I have to say he was one of the most pleasant workmen I've ever had over at my house. His price was very reasonable and I will definitely use him again if I ever need any kind of garage door repair.

I rarely write reviews and it's even more rare that I give 5 stars, as I have pretty high standards for 5 stars. But that is EXACTLY what Rampart Garage Doors should get. The service was amazing and Tom did exactly what he said he would do and then some. You can't go wrong by using them and this is just the kind of business we need to keep around. These kind of honest businesses shouldn't be rare but they are. Spend your money here, you will be glad you did.
